Humans of Symposium

How different would life be if crocodiles could fly?
"They're basically dragons."

How different would life be if crocodiles could fly?
"They're basically dragons."
If you could be a veterinarian for a mythical creature, what would it be?
"A dragon"
Why?
"I can't kill 'em."
If you could go back and give your 15 year old self one piece of advice, what would that be?
"Don't be so perfect. How's that?"
That's perfect.
About Humans of Symposium: Have you heard of Humans of New York?
Humans of New York is a photography blog on Facebook that features random people and tells little stories about those people so you get just a brief glance into their lives. The Vet Gazette and Information Technology teamed up at SAVMA Symposium to see if we could produce something similar and worthwhile. I believe we have. Kirk Kasuya took some fantastic photographs while I did the talking. We sincerely hope you enjoy these. Some of them are funny. Some are heartfelt. Our only regret is that we didn't manage to get more while we were there. We hope we can improve that next year at Iowa State. Just a note: if you zoom in just a little on the photos, you can read what the people wrote down on the dry-erase board.
