The Journal of the AVMA (JAVMA) Is Now Free 

SAVMA members now have free access to issues of the JAVMA through the JAVMA mobile app, along with access to the online archive of all JAVMA articles dating back to 2000. The JAVMA app makes accessing the journal from any tablet or smartphone easy and convenient.

App features:

  • Download issues to device for offline reading anywhere.
  • Read the latest issue and catch up on back issues.
  • Pinch-to-zoom functionality to view content and images in greater detail.
  • Share articles via email or social media.
  • Navigation by table of contents and page carousel.

Download the JAVMA app from the Google Play Store (Android) and the App Store (Apple). Log in using the same user ID and Password used to access the AVMA website. The print version of JAVMA is available to SAVMA members at a reduced subscription rate of $40 per year and can be purchased through the SAVMA dues website.

Updated Merck Vet Manual App Is Now Free

The new app is the most comprehensive mobile resource for veterinarians, veterinary students, veterinary nurses and technicians, and other animal health professionals. Conveniently accessible on multiple handheld devices, the app provides authoritative guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders and diseases in companion, exotic, laboratory, and food animals.
