Purdue Diversity Certificate Grant 2020

The Integrative Communications and Diversity Committee (ICDC) would like to invite students to apply for the Purdue Diversity Certificate Grant

The goal of the Purdue Certificate Grant is to make the Purdue Certificate Program more accessible to SAVMA students. Considerations will be made for students whose schools have already used their four AVMA sponsored seats and for non-US students whose schools don’t qualify for said funding. We will be funding students to register and take the Program. The check to register will be sent to each individual student and we ask that you send us proof of registration within 14 days of receiving the check. We also ask that you send us proof of completion of the course and photos of you at events or doing community service.  All of this, and any questions you have about the grant can be sent directly to savma.icdc@gmail.com.

“The weekend at the Veterinary Business Management Association National Meeting was full of networking, organizational planning, and leadership development. Dr. Andy Roark spoke with us about his 10 top tips for becoming leaders in the veterinary field.  He signed the card donning his name from my “Vets Against Insanity” game, a vet version of “Cards Against Humanity” that brought together VBMA leaders across schools for a night of laughs after a long day of work.” - Christie Donahue, Michigan State University, 2020 VBMA National Officer Meeting, Orlando, FL
