ICDC Cultural and Diversity Awareness Grant

Cultural differences between veterinarians and clients, and in fact between veterinarians and otherveterinarians, are one of many obstacles that the profession must face. To overcome these differences, each of us must approach all clients with an understanding of different values, beliefs, and personalpreferences. This grant is meant to support activities or experiences that will increase awareness ofdiversity within your student body, rather than fund individual personal experiences. The event musthave occurred in the past 12 months (between September 2016 and October 2017). Successful examples will be published in the Vet Gazette.
